| Unused Products |
LMG Sports accepts returns or exchanges for any unused product within 30 days of purchase. Returned products must be in clean, perfect, re-sellable condition with original packaging and original hangtags intact. |

| Used Products |
LMG Sports does not accept returns or exchanges for used product. However, if the used item is returned within 30 days of purchase, we'll grant a 30% discount on a replacement product. |
| Defective Product |
LMG Sports accepts returns or exchanges for any product that is deemed defective within 90 days of purchase. Product can be returned for replacement or credit (with receipt or original invoice). After 90 days, product can be returned for replacement only. No credits will be issued 90 days after sale. |
| Return Authority |
A return authority (RA) is required prior to the return of all products. To request a return authority please call customer service on 03 9397 7602 or complete the online form. All requests to return goods are reviewed by our customer service representatives. A "return authorisation" number will be issued for all valid returns and our customer service representative will provide you with further instructions to facilitate the return of the goods. |
