| Unused Products |
LMG Sports accepts returns for any unused product within 30 days of purchase. Unused products can be returned for replacement, exchange or credit only - we do not issue refunds for incorrectly ordered new products. Returned products must be in clean, perfect, re-sellable condition with original packaging and original hangtags intact. |

| Defective Products |
LMG Sports accepts returns or exchanges for any product that is deemed defective within 90 days of purchase. Products can be returned for replacement or credit (with receipt or original invoice). After 90 days, products can be returned for replacement only. No credits will be issued 90 days after sale. |
| Return Authority |
A return authority (RA) is required prior to the return of all products. To request a return authority please complete the online return request form. All requests to return goods are reviewed by our customer service representatives. A "return authorisation" number will be issued for all valid returns and our customer service representative will provide you with further instructions to facilitate the return of the goods.
